FELIX NEUMANN
BIOGRAPHY
Felix Neumann was born in Berlin in 1975. Influenced by his mother's musical environment, he began training in piano, drums, and singing at the age of 7.
After studying at the “Hanns Eisler” University of Music in Berlin, he began his musical career as a singer / arranger in the very successful a cappella band “Total Vocal”. Numerous appearances in Germany and Europe and a record deal with BMG helped the band to 4 long players and Felix to his first production experience.
As a music producer and music director, he has so far created over 200 orchestral arrangements and created over 1000 song productions. He has worked successfully with international stars such as Ute Lemper, Marlon Roudette, Jimmy Somerville, Nik Kershaw, Andrew Roachford, Westbam, Schiller, Bonnie Tyler, and the Gewandhausorchester. He is co-founder of the Berlin Show Orchestra and produces Misses Toms, Angelstrings, Mokkasin, Funky Potato Club, Dum Tak Revolution, and others.
Under his pseudonym Mokkasin, he composes and produces electronic music and remixes in chill-trap and future sound.
As a coach and lecturer, he works in the musical Promotion of young talent.
